Bad quality of air at work, has serious negative implications for the productivity, quality of life and health of employees.

The Progressive Insurance Newsletter
February 2006

Dear Friends,

When we consider the risks provoked by our profession to our overall health, it is important not to forget the impact of the quality of the air that we breath every day at our workspace.

Additionally we should remember that a significant part of our lives is spend at our working environment.

In this way the repercussions of the ambient air on our quality of life are important especially in modern buildings that rely almost exclusively on ventilation systems.

In times that demands are high and competition is fierce, the burn out syndrome is menacing more and more professionals. Therefore it is important to eliminate the factors that could contribute to physical exhaustion.

Having these principles in mind we prepared an article that you will find attached with our 37th monthly Progressive Newsletter the article Working conditions and quality of air.

We believe that you will find this interesting and that it will sensitize more employees and employers alike, for eliminating bad workspace air as a cause of illness.

In this manner, productivity will be improved, absenteeism will regress and employees can enjoy better health and quality of life.
