Dear Friends,

Occupational health concerns are common. The frequency of occupational factors in disease and injury is increasing.

This situation is affecting not only the working people but as well their families, their companies or organizations, the productivity and society as a whole.

Addressing this problem is important. Recent research has shown that employers who invest in health programs at the workplace can see a return of $3 to $6 for each dollar invested over a 2 to 5 year period.

Workplace health programs contribute significantly in decreasing lost productivity costs associated with conditions that affect workers' well being.

You will find attached with our 34th monthly Progressive Newsletter an article about Profession and health implications. We believe that you will find interesting and useful information.

Recognizing occupation related health complains and disorders, should be a priority for the treating physician and for the employer.
